1. How do I order your creations?

Everything can be ordered through my Etsy store or by messaging me directly on Facebook or email. I prefer Etsy since you are protected as the buyer.

  1. How long does it take for me to get an item?

Since all items are made to order, here are my estimated lead times:

Catnip toys: ship within 3 days

Scaves: Ship within 5 days

Hoodies: variable- ship within 2-8 weeks.

An approximate date will be given at the time a price quote is given.

  1. How do I know what size to order?

For Adults, Please click here and provide your measurements:

  1. Where do you get your inspiration from?

I get my inspiration from all over: from whatever art is out there , the client, and from the people I meet and talk to. I look at the current trends and add my own personal touch.

  1. Do you accept new commissions?

I am always up for the challenge depending on the complexity. In fact, without my custoumers trusting me me with their vision to create what they want, the Wonderful World of Wu woul be nothing.

  1. What are your busiest times?

The busiest times are Halloween and Christmas. I typically require a 4-8 week lead time depending on how busy my store is.

  1. Where do you get your fabrics?

All of my fabrics are from the local fabric stores or garment district if I am able to make it there. For the jackets, if I can find a suitable one at a big box store, I will buy it and modify it, , but I have started making my own so that I have a greater variety of color to work with.

  1. Do you make onesies?

No. There are lots of vendors that make onesies and they do a great job at it. Hoodies are my main focus and I plan on sticking with that.

  1. Can I send you a hoodie to have you turn it into something?

Providing a hoodie for me to use decreases my lead time greatly since I don’t have to scout for a suitable hoodie or make it.  My eventual goal is to take tired clothing and breathe new life into them.

  1. Are all of your items made to order? Do you have anything readymade?

All of my items are made to order. Only cat-nip toys I will always have all of the materials on hand (since it is a fabric scrap project) and are ready to ship within 1-2 days. From time to time I might release some ready-made inventory in limited sizes.  Follow me on social media or Etsy for those updates.

  1. How do I keep up to date on your newest creations?

The best way is to follow me on social media or add me to your Rss Feed. My Instagram and Facebook are where I usually post some behind the scenes content.

  1. Do you make tutorials?

Tutorials are my eventual goal, but like all content creation, it takes time.

  1. How do I care for your products?

I always include care directions with each item.  Most items should be washed in lukewarm or cold water in a mesh bag or inside out and laid flat to air dry [preferred] to preserve color and shape. If you must put it in the dyer, tumble dry low and remove ASAP. This also ensures your fabrics will look like new longer.

  1. How do you figure out shipping?

I usually estimate shipping. If your item cost less to ship, I will refund the reminder of the money.

  1. Do you collaborate with other bloggers?

I work from time to time with other bloggers and crafters. Please send me a private message and we can work out the details.
